Some things are a science and others are an art. This falls solidly in the art category. Over years of shooting, I have found “my style” that is hard to pin down to a specific reason or genre. What’s important to me is editing images to capture the fullness of the exact moment. I find black and white images help simplify the noise of specific images to allow the eye to rest on one special moment in time.

This past year has been one hardship and loss for our family. I wondered if it was a good idea to have our photos taken in the midst of all we were going through. But spending the afternoon with Hannah, she made us feel loved and cared about. And now, seeing the result of our photoshoot, I am so, so glad we went ahead and had our shoot anyway. She has brought such beauty and joy out of such a hard time, and these pictures will be a keepsake for our family to keep forever

We cannot sing the praises of Hannah enough for taking these gorgeous engagement photos. We left that morning with grins on our faces and full hearts. Hannah is the sweetest person and behind that caring demeanor is an incredibly talented artist. Her focus on the little details, well, how can a dentist not love this? And as a cherry on top, she gave us our edited photos so much quicker than we could have anticipated, we were like wait what? It's already done?

She is so gentle, kind and funny - the exact vibe you want on your big day. We laughed, cried and celebrated - all while she captured the most perfect moments for us. I can't stop looking at our wedding photos and tear up each time I look at them. We could not have ever dreamed of how gorgeous her work was. Truly, the greatest day and Hannah was a big part of that! I can't wait to work with her again and again.
